We ship 50 states, Australia, and Canada. All shipping prices include insurance and a tracking number will be provided with every shipped item. Please allow 1-3 business days before an item is to be shipped. In some instances, items may be shipped the same day as the order. At other times, an item may need to be pulled from our other warehouse and make take up to 3 days to ship. In any case, you will be updated about the status of your order each day until your item ships and you receive your tracking number.
Returns are allowed within 14 days of receipt of product arrival. To initiate a return, the customer must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number in the subject line. In the email, a specific reason must be given for the return and within 24 hours, we will issue return postage to the customer. That's right, we pay for return shipping. All monies paid will be refunded minus 15% of the original purchase price. This 15% applies to us having to restock the merchandise.
